<p><strong>Background:</strong> Occupational therapy is a therapy that helps someone master fine motor skills better. Occupational therapy is carried out to help strengthen, improve coordination and muscle skills to train motor skills.</p> <p><strong>Objective</strong>: This research aims to identify the effect of occupational therapy on schizophrenia patients to increase independence in daily living activities.</p> <p><strong>Method</strong>: Experimental research using pre-experiment design with pre-test and post-test research design. The sample in this research was 15 respondents with a sampling technique using Total Sampling. Data collection techniques use observation and interviews. The collected data was then processed and analyzed using the paired t-test statistical test.</p> <p><strong>Results</strong>: Based on the pre-test results, the mean (average) value before was 5.067 and after was 9.133, the median value before was 5 and after was 9, the minimum value before was 2 and after was 7 and the maximum value before was 9 and after was 11 This shows that there is a comparison before and after carrying out occupational therapy training for the independence of occupational therapy patients in the Turtledove room at DR Mental Hospital. Suharto Heerdjan Jakarta in 2021. <p><strong>Background: </strong>Hypertension is a condition where a person experiences an increase in blood pressure above normal. Blood pressure is usually described as the ratio of systolic pressure to diastolic pressure, with normal values for systolic pressure of 110 to 130 mmHg and diastolic pressure of 80 to 90 mmHg.</p> <p><strong>Objectives: </strong>To determine the effectiveness of providing progressive muscle relaxation therapy and mindfulness meditation therapy on blood pressure in hypertension sufferers at Posbindu Buncis in the working area of Kemiri Muka Health Center, Depok City in 2022</p> <p><strong>Methods: </strong>This research uses quantitative research. This type of research is Quasi Experimental Design with a Two Group Pre-test and Post-test Without Control Group Design approach involving 40 pre-elderly and elderly people who have high blood pressure. The data collection tool was carried out offline using the interview method. The research instruments used were a sphygmomanometer and a stethoscope. Statistical tests use the Wilcoxon test.</p> <p><strong>Results: </strong>Based on the results of the Wilcoxon p-value <0.05. Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, it is said that there is effectiveness in providing progressive muscle relaxation therapy and mindfulness meditation therapy on both systolic blood pressure</p> <p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>So it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means there is a difference in the effectiveness of providing progressive muscle relaxation therapy and mindfulness meditation therapy on blood pressure in hypertension sufferers in the working area of the Kemiri Muka Community Health Center, Depok City in 2022.</p>Anisya Fitri AmaliaSusaldi Susaldi

<p><strong>Introduction: </strong>Dysmenorrhea is a pain in the lower abdomen that occurs during menstruation. Someone experiencing dysmenorrhea will not be life-threatening, but it can be painful for many teenagers who experience it. Therapy that can be used to reduce menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) is a combination of music therapy and warm compresses.</p> <p><strong>Objective: </strong>To determine the effectiveness of giving a combination of music therapy and warm compresses to reduce menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) in adolescent girls.</p> <p><strong>Method: </strong>This research used a pre-experimental design with a one-group pre-test and post-test design. The population in this study were all class This research uses NRS (Numeric Rating Scale) and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) survey observations. <p><strong>Background</strong>: Hypertension is often referred to as The Silent Killer, which is a deadly disease without any signs and symptoms. Hypertension can occur due to various factors, including stress. Stress is a condition that everyone can experience, it can stimulate the sympathetic nervous system, which ultimately increases blood pressure.</p> <p><strong>Objectives</strong>: This research was conducted to determine the effect of virtual reality therapy on stress levels in hypertension sufferers at Posbindu Buncis in the Kemiri Muka Community Health Center Working Area, Depok City in 2022.</p> <p><strong>Methods</strong>: The research used quantitative research with a quasi-experiment research design with a two-group pre-test and post-test with a control approach. The population of this study was 40 respondents. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with the type of Purposive Sampling. Data were collected using the standard Depression Anxiety Stress Scales questionnaire which consists of 42 questions asked to respondents before and after treatment.</p> <p><strong>Results</strong>: The results of the Wilcoxon test on the pre-test and post-test show that the interpreted value of the Wilcoxon test is that if Asymp.Sig < 0.05 then the hypothesis can be accepted.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion</strong>: So it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means that there is an influence of virtual reality therapy on stress levels in hypertension sufferers at Posbindu Buncis in the Kemiri Muka Health Center Working Area, Depok City in 2022.</p>Firyal Firyal

<p><strong>Background: </strong>Learning concentration is a person's condition and ability to focus their thoughts and attention in the learning process. Brain gym can increase O2 supply, memory, focus and reduce tension, thereby increasing concentration in learning.</p> <p><strong>Objectives: </strong>To determine the effect of the brain gym on the level of learning concentration among Indonesia Maju University, Nursing Students in 2022.</p> <p><strong>Methods: </strong>Quantitative type of research. The research design used one group pre-test and post-test with a sample of 87 nursing students. The instruments used in the research were the brain gym SOP and the army alpha intelligence test sheet containing questions related to the pre-test and post-test. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon Test statistical test.</p> <p><strong>Results: </strong>The average level of student learning concentration before brain gym was in the low category (66.7%) and after brain gym, the average level of student learning concentration was in the high category (74%). Asymp value result. Sig. 2 tailed is 0.000, so the hypothesis is accepted because 0.000 < 0.05.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>There is an influence of the brain gym on the level of learning concentration of UIMA nursing students in 2022.</p>Aminah HerawatiRindu RinduSyarifah Nur Ruliani
